CAS - Canadian AIDS Society - is a coalition of over 120 community-based AIDS organizations across Canada. They are dedicated to strengthening the response to HIV/AIDS across all sectors of society, and to enriching the lives of people and communities living with HIV/AIDS.

CATIE - Canadian AIDS Treatment Information Exchange - provides free HIV information services and support to people living with HIV and their caregivers, to health care providers, to AIDS service organizations and to related front-line organizations.

CTAC - Canadian Treatment Action Council - promotes informed public policy and builds awareness on issues that impede access to treatment and health care for people living with HIV/AIDS.

CCSAT - Conseil canadien de surveillance et d’accès aux traitements - fait la promotion de l’éducation publique et de politiques gouvernementales éclairées. Il vise aussi à sensibiliser le public aux questions liées à l’accès aux traitements et aux soins de santé des personnes vivant avec le VIH-sida.

HIV/AIDS Connection - is a community-inspired organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and diverse communities living with, at-risk for, or affected by the challenges associated with HIV/AIDS.

Toronto, Ontario

ACT - AIDS Committee of Toronto - helps prevent HIV infections through education, outreach and community action. They provide free, confidential help to men, women and youth living with HIV/AIDS. ACT is a trusted place for information and support.

PYO - Positive Youth Outreach (a program of ACT, above) - offers free support services for youth between 13 and 29 years old living with HIV. They provide education about HIV, help with support, and will be there for you if you run into problems. It is a safe and confidential service you can access by phone or e-mail.

Hassle-Free Clinic in Toronto - is a medical clinic that provides anonymous testing for HIV. Their HIV quick-test allows you to find out about your HIV status in less than an hour. Call to make an appointment.

PWA - Toronto People With AIDS Foundation - promotes the health and well-being of all people living with HIV/AIDS by providing accessible, direct, and practical support services.
